Been having this metal clunking noise coming from the tire for months everytime I would go slow. I took it to my dealership at first but they claim it was nothing but continued to have to the same problem and was worried something could happen while driving. I remembered I took my car here when they first opened up for all new tires and brakes and decided to go here to see what was going on. Walked in explained the situation and they said they will take a look to see. So gave them my key and left since I had other things to do. It wasn't long when they gave me a call and said it was plastic that got stuck that was hitting my rim. I was shocked and happy after all this time it was just plastic. Went back, got my key, asked what do I have to pay and they said nothing since it was just that issue. I said oh thank you! Usually you have to pay for checks on the car. They were really nice and got the job done no more hearing that noise either. Thank God!

Took them 6 hours to do what ever service on the enterprise truck they needed to do. Well I watched the whole thing. All they did was change the oil and filter!!! Guess what they charged me for an oil change they charged me for a tire rotation on a Dooley truck, which they never once took off a single tire first off. I watched them second off my tire pressure on each one of my tires was the exact same in the same spot. Ill let enterprise handle it, but I definitely let them know that they did not do the things that they charge them for. I believe it came out to being like six or $700 and they did maybe 60 bucks worth of an oil change.
