Excellent service, was offered services same day that I had a problem arise, but I came back on a weekend when it was convenient after talking over the phone with staff such as Ebenezer and the manager Danny. We were able to secure the help that I needed and I was all taken care of! Excellent service for as long as I have needed it!

I brought my car in today, I needed brakes. One shop told me that I needed to wait one week but Danny the manger brought me in right away, and the price was fantastic, and there ready almost done with my vehicle. I will be a customer for life!!!

This place was great, I was in the area traveling through and had a tire issue on a Sunday. They got me in right away and fixed up my problem very quickly--the fastest service I've ever had in a tire place. All the guys here were super kind, courteous, and professional. Thank you!

Great, honest, and fast service! Went in prepared to buy a new tire for my boat trailer thinking I had side wall damage, and came out with a repaired tire instead. Saved a lot of money and time. In and out in 10 minutes.

My tire light was on and i needed an oil change i went to mavis when i first got in dewey let me know how much everything was gonna be and let me know the process to it all noah and wakean worked very professionally and took care of all my needs they even checked my tire psi without me asking

I went to Mavis tire and Pittsfield and I was extremely happy with my service I walked in bit of a mood because I had no idea what was going with my car, the young man in front I think his name was Dewey was super helpful and walked me through the process. He definitely helped change my mood around then the nice mechanic helped fix my car and walked me through that the problem was and I was back on the road again. Thank you mavis for your 5 star service and helping me get driving again.

I went there a couple weeks ago with my toddler, needing only a simple tire change. I had popped my tire and needed service immediately. I asked for a simple tire change and declined the free 5-point inspection upon consultation as I had an appointment to get to. I asked how long it would take and they told me 45 minutes which made no sense but I did not object. When I came back 45 minutes later with my small irritable child, my car was hoisted up to the ceiling with the hood open and the tire still not on. When I asked why my hood was open and why my tire was not on yet I was told that they were doing the five point inspection check that I had declined in the first place. When they noticed that I looked pretty upset they immediately put my tire on and had me out the door within the next 10 minutes. I am still to this day wondering why an inspection or any safety check was done on my car when I was previously asked if I wanted it and I had declined! I am also wondering still to this day why it took 45 minutes to put on a tire if I declined any complimentary 5-point check as well as a tire rotation and an alignment.
