I want to give a shout out to Rick, who took his time with me. As I waited for my car to be repaired, I watched him treat everyone with dignity and respect. Worked with Jimmy and his team they were able to get my tires completed in 24 hours and at a much better price then BMWI will be back next time for the rear tires and moving forward!!

I had a nail on my tired I came in without an Appointment they fix it very quick , very professional, caring helpful staff.

The service I got here is above and beyond . I went in for an oil change but ended up needing 3 new tires as well , not in my plan. I was hesitant but Chris the manager understood my hesitation and took the time to show me that my tires were bald and also helped me pick out some tires that were in my budget. Excellent customer service on his part . You have a customer for life . Keep up the good work. ????

Ever since tire kingdom got bought out its been lack of services when you show up for your appointment when I ask long 3 hours since there walk in for 9am appointment not worth it anymore

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY ALMOST KILLED OUR CAR TWICE FROM A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE.Took three hours for an oil change on a hardly busy day because they overfilled the car by a quart.Glad I checked the oil level before leaving because being that overfilled could have caused terminal engine damage.Their computer told them 5 quarts for a car which takes 4. How can they be trusted when they don't even check the level on the dipstick after changing the oil?They still charged me for 5 quarts of oil when I only needed 4. Wouldn't give me any kind of refund or compensation for my trouble because when I called the number listed on google to make an appointment I was given to "customer service" instead of the store. Customer service gave me a special discount supposedly when I made the appointment?My invoice clearly showed 5 qts at $14 per qt, so I shouldve been charged $14 less.Thankfully they did drain and refill it back to the proper level at no charge but I don't recommend going here and won't be back myself.Update less than one month later. They didn't even tighten the oil drain bolt down properly! Oil all over our garage parking space. If we didn't see it, our car would be dead.ZERO STARS, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
