Savannah Tire /Mavis is a life saver!!! My car engine shield unexpectedly loosened and was dragging making an extremely loud sound. They fixed it!!!! I am so grateful. Thanks Reggie, the manager for the outstanding customer service !!!

Reggie, Steve and the rest of the staff took care of us today and had us in and out, rather than sitting for 3 or 4 hours. The other location on town center pwky was booked , so I asked if the young woman could call the this location to see if they had availability to change a tire and so she did call but I felt I shouldnt have had to ask , she also stated it will probably be 3 or 4 hours to wait at Savannah tire before she called and I said that is fine (because I have a flat tire) customer service should be a given if you are the first person clients see and Ive had help In the past even if they are are booked as far as calling around. Overall customer service was amazing with Reggie and Steve. 5 stars for sure because they were very nice and helpful along with being time sufficient.
