Mavis Discount Tire in Queensbury, NY

Absolutely 5 stars! This shop was honest, straightforward, and professional from start to finish. They replaced my axles and didnt sugarcoat anything, just told me exactly what was going on, showed me the worn-out parts they removed, and explained everything they did. I really appreciated the transparency and the way they took the time to make sure I understood what was happening with my car. Its hard to find mechanics you can trust, but this place definitely earned it.

Very pleased and thankful for this Queensbury location. They were super kind from the person I talked with on the phone and the sweet lady I talked to in the shop. I had a group heading to a convention and got a flat. They took me right in so we wouldn't be late. Thank you Mavis!! God bless !??

On the way to a very important convention, my friends tire blew out. Mavis was incredibly helpful from the very first phone call, working to get us in as early as possible so we could get back on the road. I highly recommend them!

Idea with me this numerous times and Ive been going there for years and never had any issues with the mechanics. They are also wonderful there especially Eric and Dave and the rest of the crew. I would highly recommend Mavis in Queensbury New York.

Make an appointment for 9am and pay 25 bucks to confirm your appointment and tire purchase. Arrive on time.and call ahead only to have walk ins serviced prior to you. 10am sitting waiting for an hourwhats the point of the appointment!!! Never again

Very professional and I would recommend.

Tried to sell me on wheel bearings and tie rods none of which I actually needed. I did need upper control arm bushings and a new upper control arm which does give very similar symptoms just a lot less expensive. Would recommend doing just tires or getting a second opinion.

I got a flat tire on a drive up from NJ to Vermont, was luckily able to pull over and change it to my spare, but still had 2 hours left in my drive and really needed somewhere to help me quickly. Thats exactly what happened at Mavis (after I got denied at a different store close by). Was worried the flat was going to ruin my whole day / weekend. Instead, I walked in to Mavis and got a new tire at a good price in less than 30 mins. As seamless of an auto body shop experience as Ive ever had!

Was making a Trip back home to Ohio towing a trailer on a Sunday 3/23 and couldnt find a spare anywhere. Tire on my spare was weathered and needed replaced. Found this shop was open on Sundays so I showed up at opening and they had me checked in tire replaced and out the door back on the road in 30 minutes. Exceptional service and amazing staff.
