I had difficulty with my vehicle, I been all over Raliegh and Mavis tire and brakes, my alignment was totally off they did a awesome job on that I did not have to return to get it Readjusted they also did my air conditioning and brakes they work hard and I didnt have to wait long and they did a Diagnosis to make sure when I left everything was cleared. I just recommend if you have something that need to be done. Need to be correct. Nice price. Advise you to come here.
Jason and the whole crew here were fantastic. I discovered I had a flat a few blocks away, pulled in, and Adrian had me back on the road in under 30min. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to patch the tire and never tried to up-sell me. These are good guys. I'll be coming back here for my future tire needs.
Had nail in tire. They fixed it within a very short time. Extremely efficient and most professional.
Very fast, professional, courteous and trustworthy service! I am a new loyal customer.
My tire pressure was dropping as I was driving but luckily I was very near to Mavis Tire. I stopped there without an appointment and Jason and his team helped me right away. I really appreciated their service when fixing my tire and getting me back on the road.
Excellent service all the way around! Zero Complaints, only raving reviews!
The service was excellent, Jason answered all my questions and concerns
Thanks for great service, Jason!
If I could give this place a -10000 I would. Made an appointment Friday 3/7 to come in and patch my tire due to a nail. Got there and they said we cant patch that, the tire needs to be replaced which I was fine with. The man goes back to my car, and says that now the 2 rear tires needed to be replaced, again I didnt care since this is what they needed to do since my car is AWD. Leave Saturday 3/8 with a receipt that does not even have my car on there, entirely different license plate number, car, make and model.I get a call Monday stating that my tires are in. Brought my car in Wednesday 3/12 around 11:20am. Got a call at 11:50am stating my car was done. Picked my car up around 5:15pm Wednesday evening. I look at my car before I even go inside to pay and get my keys, and there is a scratch like I had never seen before. They couldnt get ahold of the district manager which is fine. But I got home and called corporate right away to expedite this process. This shop is so unorganized, they do not care about the vehicles they are working on. Also to note, awful first impression when you step on a fresh piece of chewed gum on their lobby floor.
This was the Original from when it first changed---Good service, little bummed they couldn't even be bothered to wipe my 1400$ wheels off . I really hope there's nothing acidic in their tire soap as it will in fact have immediately ruined my custom finished special ordered wheels. Just got home, and now have to dismount and remount in my driveway after a full wash and polish again! (As I gave them a quick cerakote polish before bringing them up there). Other than hoping my wheels' finsh aren't trashed actual customer service was stellar. Took me in on a phone call and held the shop open late to get me going. THAT MUCH I appreciate greatly. We will see on the wheels themselves in a bit, also they did not tell me they only do barrel mount, not hub mount so there are some gouges out of my barrels from the machine.I can live with the scratches but again, not super happy I wasn't informed and allowed to make that call myself, they also crudely scraped at my old weights and that simply isn't the right way to do this. Heat and a proper weight remover is supported to be used to AVOID these types of damage. Again, if their shop hasn't supplied the correct tools I'd understand but would have LOVED to be informed of this and then allowed to make my own call. I think they are just used to not having the correct tools and have become so used to getting it done ( as so many store managers and district managers push, and make empty promises about "getting the techs the correct tools") I understand as I'm a Master Mack Volvo Technician I hear the same game) but that's when you, as a tech, need to INFORM the customer and let THEM make the call, not the tech making the calls because they're so used to just getting it done to appease the higher ups and make that paycheck to survive another week in this world. Going thru the motions because most of these shops, my specialty dealership included have people doing exactly that- going thru the motions. I can't be mad, just a little bummed, and if the wheels turn out to be severely damaged from improper cleaning of their tire soap mixture (probably because they aren't supplied with correct products and the brush and containers haven't been cleaned and are full of contamination) THEN, THEN I'm going to have an issue and will take it to a corporate level if need be.*****UPDATE 3/7/25*******So since Jayson, Michael and the team got things actually rolling and good techs running thr shop I'm HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY to say, I don't go anywhere else now. I call and always get Michael or Jason and they're ALWAYS straight shooters, no bs, no empty promised time frames that may or may not break if x-y-or z happens. I love it /they are officially one of two places I'll take my trucks, and THE ONLY place I'm comfy letting them drive and recently even LEFT MY TRUCK. Which is a big deal as no amount of money can recreate the stupid thing. The parts don't exist anymore. Thank you Duraleigh Mavis Team #Jason+Michael
