Mavis Tires and Brakes in Randleman, NC

We took my son's car there for a two new tires and while there they told us a list of things that needed to be done around $1100.00. And that he needed front and rear brakes urgently- so we took it to our mechanic we use and he had it on the lift to find out that he has over 50% of his break pads left. They were just trying to upsale on us! Mavis didn't get this upsale and will not get our money anymore for anything else. Why can't people be trusted? Why can't people just tell the truth?

Honestly, I am used to mom and pop shops but lately the experiences haven't been the same, and with my brakes needing a severe service. I decided to give it a try. Joshua and Bel were amazing people they were timely and considerate but also I hate to admit it but I do not remember the mechanics name either but he was amazing. My overall concerns with using something so well known and larger brand scared me but I wouldn't want to go any where else! Truly I appreciate them and their honesty! Hopefully I do not have to be back any time soon but if I have to choose somewhere to go it would be here!

Went to go get my alignment done on my truck and left with steering wheel not straight and truck gained a pull all while they never took my tires off and during there inspection somehow discovered that my front brakes needed to be replaced when I have not even 6 months ago replaced my entire brake system on my truck, also needless to say they charged me and even though they didnt get my alignment done properly and said something was happening that kept knocking it out of alignment they didnt offer a refund since they ultimately did nothing and actually had me leave with my truck pulling harder than it was before I got the alignment
