Came in from Toronto for the Knighthawks game and ended up with a flat tire. Brought my tire in, and they fixed it up immediately without a cost. So thoughtful and efficient. So appreciative of these guys.

This is probably the only review i will leave on anything ever. As i find one bad experience unfair to rate it on. Maybe another for the shop I just took my car to.Despite knowing shop chains like these are bad news. Last year I needed a quick fix and Mavis was the closest thing. I ended up waiting 5 hours for 2 tires and an alignment, For an appointment scheduled a day before. They told me the new guy was working on it when it started to take a while, Okay sure thats fine everyone's gotta learn. He went on to snap my studs, again okay fine again people gotta learn not to crazy with the impact and they replaced the studs for free. What I later learned on the same rims they replaced the tires on, is that one of them cracked when that happened. That crack was not there before. Along with the studs/lug nuts they replaced them with being different to what was on my car only a minor inconvenience i got all kinds of metric stuff at home.The final nail in the coffin was when I left the shop my car wasn't even driving straight. Admittedly it's my fault for not turning around right then and asking them to recheck it, and have someone else do it. But it had already been 5 hours and I just wanted to get home to get SOME sleep before I go back in for the night shift at 7 pm.It's only been a year since the tires have been replaced and surprise they're worn on the inside sidewall. I ended up calling a day later, and they said they couldnt get me in for a few weeks. So i just said whatever, and now im paying for my mistakes. I will never be taking my car or any future car I own to Mavis no matter what.Only not giving it one star because the guy working the desk at the time gave me a discount for the long wait, and Family Matters was on the tv. And I understand that everyone has to learn. But maybe have a supervisor or a trainer watch over them? Using a half in. impact (from my best guess) to put on lugs is crazy.
