This particular Mavis location has always been fantastic with me. Always polite, sincere and honest with their assessments, and pay great attention to me as well as to other clients I have witnessed and seen. The service done to my vehicle feels great and I truly feel Im in good hands with the teams work and service. It is really my recommended place to anyone I speak to when asked where I go for my vehicle service.

Love this shop and the people in it. Everyone is kind and helpful and fast. They have helped me numerous times even when ive been anxious about my cars problems and money and possibly accidentally rude and they are still so kind and helpful. ill try to go here for any issues i have from now on

Went yesdersay to get my headlights fixed. Michael the manager helped me. He couldn't be nicer. He fixed my headlight and took off a wreath on my front grill that I couldn't get off. I had just pulled up in front of the bays where they were very busy to just ask if they replaced headlights and he said pop your hood and fixed it right there immediately. They will have all my business always. Thank you Michael and God Bless you

I stopped at Mavis Rocky Point today with a nail in my tire and was treated like I was part of a Presidential Procession...While that was going on, The manager came out to help an elderly lady remove a Christmas wreath from her grill and gave her his blessing, no charge!

Everything takes forever and good luck getting what you need done.If you have a bunch of time to waste then come do it here cause that's all they are going to do for you.You have to leave your car for every little thing and they don't even get that done.

Went there for slow leak. Must admit I would never go there if not for desperation.They always try to UPSELL everything you go there for. Slow leak was told screw punctured side tire wall (ok possible). Start with Need to buy new tire.They Try to sell 2 New tires because all wheel drive. (So the tread will match) Not likely at $200 a tire then High pressure sell me a New Battery at $400 - which was absolutely fine NOT NEEDED.Felt lucky to get out of there at $200 instead of 400 or 800. Shake your pockets when you leave
