Mavis Discount Tire in Royersford, PA

Worst experience. Made an appointment and it still took 3 days to put new tires on (tires were in stock). My $1,000 rims were scratched in the process. I was lied to about needing an alignment to try and be sold one. One of my tires was out of balance upon getting my vehicle back. Great job guys.

2nd visit to Mavis in just 6 days- scheduled an oil change and had 2 of my tire monitor sensors replaced. This time Mike worked with me and again I experienced the best service at Mavis! Thank you Mike and your team for having me in and out so quickly!

I had multiple terrible experiences at Mavis Tire in Royersford, and I strongly advise others to avoid their services. Their lack of professionalism, rude customer service, and complete disregard for time management make for a frustrating experience.More concerning, their poor workmanship has led to life-threatening situations. After a brake pad service, my brakes failed while driving. After an engine gasket service, my engine caught fire on the road. These are serious safety hazards that should not be taken lightly.Additionally, they are highly unprofessional in providing ETAs for service completion, making customers wait for hours with no clear answers. Instead of taking accountability, they offer illogical excuses to justify their delays.I strongly recommend that state authorities inspect their work, as their negligence puts lives at risk. Customers should avoid this location at all costs!

The longest oil change Ive ever witnessed 45 mins on a lift is ridiculous, just to come out and tell me a bunch of stuff I need done that is not even needed, to find out he never did an oil change just to wait another 30 mins

Very unprofessional atmosphere and service I was quoted a half an hour for a tire repair I told them that I had to be at work they said no problem when I returned after 40 minutes they told me that I would be up next they were more worried about trying to sell me a new set of tires and and applying for their credit card than they were about patching my tire

Had a very pleasant experience when I went to get my tire fixed. The manger Sal was friendly, professional and courteous. He had me out of the shop in a reasonable time frame as well.??

This group of people are amazing at this store. Sal does an awesome job making sure we have an excellent customer experience through his team and himself. The service is always fast, friendly and reliable. I will definitely be back to see you guys in the future.
