Mavis Tires and Brakes in Saint Cloud (Canoe Creek Rd), FL

Service was unmatched everyone from the gentlemen at the service desk all the way to the mechanic working on my van were kind and very professional!!

I had an issue with my car on a drive from Jupiter on our way to Gainesville, I pulled in to the parking lot and 2 very kind young men helped me. Im very appreciative and would defijiroy recommend this place for any work youd need done. Thank you Andres and Chase!!!

As a previous mechanic of this place. worked at TK and this place. Stay away. THE FRONT STAFF WILL LIE AND SO WILL SERVICE! This review is not illegal as it is my review of this place. Do not get your pil changed here, they will put 5w20 in 5w30 and 0w20. The best one was from my service manager... Put ow20 in ow16, "it's the same the thing." The front staff is not trained or mechanically inclined at all.I watched my service manager shave brake pads to fit multiple cars using a cookie wheel. I watched staff not balance wheels, ai watched a wheel hub job where the service manager and staff melted the axel on a Honda after they sold wheel hubs and never told the customer.I am not proud of this post but I promise this... stay away. This place will take your money. If you buy the warranty for your tires and try to have the replaced they will patch your tire in the sidewall before...as the service manager and pat says....."having to eat a tire". and if you work here....do better. they offer commission l. so if your a mechanic and your promised commission you have to your goal first. Basically. your goal is 4200$. And your doing tires all day... your not gonna hit your goal unless your selling team sells a bunch useless crap to people and have you inspect and upsell everything. the First 4200 of work goes tot mavis.. after that..you get 10%. but find me a non overworked mechanic in the company. Stay away!! this is coming from a previous Corrections officer and family of law enforcement and now I changed careers and went to Universal Technical Institute and graduated with great grades..... Protest this place and stay away

It was my first time at this Mavis to get my tire repaired. The guys there were great and did an awesome job in getting my issue fixed. I really appreciate their help and I know I will be back to continue to give them business.
