It took me more than four hours to rotate my tires and change brakes. I'm traveling from Tennessee and when I'm on the way I realize that my emergency brakes don't work.Terrible place, I recommend not going, they changed my brakes and left my emergency brakes in bad condition

I was traveling from Florida and picked up a nail and some glass from a construction zone. I pulled into this station with two minutes to close Desperate for help. They were so kind, and immediately Took my truck in and let me bring my two dogs inside because it was 39 out. They were patient as I searched for My wheel lock, and got me out of there. Start to finish in about 40 minutes. They did not charge me an arm and a leg, and they did not try to upsell me anything. They were amazing and Im so grateful.

Stood in lobby while manager failed to come out and assist to me this was very unprofessional there was no other cars was out there to me I feel as though it was done intentionally so mavis did not get my service today and in the future for that matter then called corporate only for them to say drive thirty minutes to another store why not just fix the problem at this store smh yeah I wont be back

So since I can't get Mavis Hr or anyone else to stand up for me or how I have been treated as an employee and customer I'm forced to take it to the Google reviews. I was cursed out by the store manager as an employee and as a customer I was left in the office at the same store and ignored as if I wasnt a customer at all! Mr. Bobrick stayed in the bay as if there was not one customer in the shop. He is not professional and allows his petty attitude to get in the way of carrying out value customer service! Such a shame that things had to be this way!
