Best experience. End of day flat and it was close to closing time. They were the only one open and they greeted me with a smile and took good care of me. Thank you!

I just left. I had a slow leak in a tire and it took them about 45 minutes to find it because it was a tiny leak. They not only repaired the leak but removed all the old glue which wasnt done the last time by another shop. He couldve charged me over $100 for the work he did and I wouldnt complain, but it only came to $32. Very impressed very polite very professional.

Had a tire they completely fell a part after hitting concrete on the road. I had road hazard Insurance and they replaced my tire. They couldnt t have been any nicer. For a woman on her own it is wonderful to know there are places that you can trust to treat you fairly and give you good solid advice

Purchased tiers at this store 3 years ago. The gentleman actually sources the specific tires I wanted. First visit great. He talked me into buying the road hazards warranty. Mgt change three times and so did their tracking system. I have to say every time I have been back and shown my purchase receipt its been absolutely professional and quality service. Dont buy your tires any where else. Will be my tire store forever.

I am writing this review on this location because of an experieince I had today. We brought our vehicle in due to a puncture on the right rear tire. Interestingly, Alex the store manager called me to let me know that they were not able to repair the tire due to DOT regulations and Mavis policy prohibitng repairs on tires that were over 7 years old (albiet good health and tread of the tire). I thought it was odd since I had visited a different Tire Kingdom just 5 months ago who successfully performed a repair on a different tire without any objections or referencing to regulations or policies. Confused, I was able to reach Aida at the corporate number that Alex provided (thank you Alex) who directed me to "google" any DOT regulations and Mavis policies which I could not find...(because they do not exist). Aida then confirmed that while she could not provide any such DOT regulation or Mavis policy, some stores may arbitrarily choose not to repair tires so this then became not an issue of DOT regulation or Mavis policy (as stated by the store), but a personal denial of service (presuably to sell a set of tires). Aida was able to call Alex who agreed to repair the tire with a signed liability waiver on the invoice to which I wrote that I was only signing based on the premise that the store told me that it was per DOT regulation and Mavis policy that they initially denied service, and that corporate also confirmed that the store should be able to provide (if existing), but was unable to do so.Ultimately I do not like writing bad reviews and I actually like Mavis/Tire Kingdom as a whole. My interaction with the store in Venice was excellent. I called the store in Venice to confirm any DOT or Mavis policies and they also stated that they were unaware of such regulations or policies. Ultimately, I believe that this was an attempt for a tire sale that went bad and had Alex just told me that he recommended a new set of tires soon, but that they could repair the current one, I would have actually bought a set of tires from them! My request is that someone reach out to me to provide the DOT regulation and Mavis policy expressly stating the illegalities of performing this work, or for someone to reach out to me confirming that no such policy exists. I am cross posting this to the BBB, and very much expect to update this review from a 1 star to a 5 star when an explanation can be provided to me. Thank You
