Tire Kingdom Service Centers in Sarasota (Tamiami Trl), FL

Negative 100 stars...BEWARE! BEWARE! I brought my pristine 2024 Mercedes GLE 350 to Tire Kingdom in Sarasota (3942 S.Tamiami Tr) for a routine oil change, brake and wheel inspection. After waiting over two hours, my car was returned with severe damage to the passenger-side front wheel, including deep indentations, aluminum scrapes, and paint transfer clearly matching their service bay equipment. The manager, Adam, blatantly denied involvement, claiming " you only got an oil change"even though their own invoice clearly shows a brake inspection, which necessitates wheel removal. Tire Kingdom refuses accountability and has forced me submit a demand letter to corporate and if to no avail to pursue legal action. If you value your vehicle and honest customer service, I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. Please read other reviews as they have damaged wheels before! PSA...take a video of your wheels before and after any service of your vehicle as there are scammers and dishonest people and this will protect you! Who thinks to do this for an oil change, now you should! BTW...the response you see below is clearly an automatic response as they have received my demand letter and have been put on notice. Take your business elsewhere Take 5 oil change, Zippy Lube, Valvoline, Shephard's Tire, Tire choice Auto, Tires Plus....the possibilities are endless. If this happens to you, these are the steps... Came here 3/11/2025 at 4:30 for the second time and both times Ive needed a plug or change they always say we dont have time this place is bull!

I was in a pinch with a screw in my tire, and the staff was very nice and helped me out quickly.Great group of guys, I definitely recommend coming here for your tire needs .

Went in for a quick 2 rear tire change, left with chipped/scratched wheels and no alignment which they told me they could do before I came. Was also told they'd call me and sort out the wheel damage but have yet to be contacted.

Good customer service, got my car in immediately upon drop-in for a tire patch.
