If I could give them 0 stars I would..LADIES ESPECIALLY PLEASE READFirst off Ive used Mavis tires since 2014.. I thought I could trust this location compared to Nashua NH but I was very wrong.Multiple times going in there I was told about brake system and tires needed to be removed. I even got a refusal on a free tire rotation (my tires are purchased from Mavis) because my tires were so worn out (ironically we all have access to the fact my tires are <2 years old) and my go to mechanic in Middlesex county whos been in business for over 30 years told me that my tires are great. He also told me I dont need new tires and that my brake system looks brand newSafe to say if youre female, theyll try to rip you. They gave me a 2 piece sheet of paper of $3,000 of work that could be done to my car last week.. they will try to manipulate you when you ask them to explain a valid reason as to why something must be fixed .. theyll say oh no its all working its just suboptimal.. classic marketing scheme. To top it off they always take over an hour for an oil change / rotation when they say itll be 30 minutes and again I think they do it out of spite since I refuse to do any mechanical job with them. Mavis tires, please figure out how to TREAT ALL PEOPLE of ALL GENDERS EQUALLY!

Came here to get my breaks done a few days ago and I will definitely be coming back again!!!!!! Everyone I spoke to was very nice and they took great care of me. One of the managers, Marg, was beyond helpful as I had asked her a few questions relating to my brakes. I would recommend Mavis over any of these other shops, theyre the BEST !
