TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Dropped my vehicle off for a tire repair (patching a hole where a screw is in middle of the tire). Confirmed that they were able to make the repair since it was not in or near the side wall. Called back 2 hours after dropping off and the front desk manager confirmed the tire was repaired and ready to go. Upon arrival the vehicle is still on the rack and the same manager proceeded to tell me they couldnt make the repair because it was in the side wall. The screw was visible since the vehicle was on the rack and it was dead center of the tire. Also smelled like they smoked a couple of joints in it.

Made an appointment the day before for brake replacement to drop vehicle off at 8:30am waited until 9am they never opened. The bay doors were unsecured place appeared to be left open all night. Makes you wonder the type of service they provide.Not sure how they received the ratings they did. I would not get your vehicle serviced by them.

The tech did not arrive until 45 minutes after the shop opened. Then I learned that the shop would not honor the quote provided by customer service. I suggested that the receptionist contact customer service regarding the quote, and she refused, and I had to call myself. While I was on the phone with customer service, she kept shouting information at me. I asked her to shush, because I was on the phone with customer service, and she lost it and said she wouldnt help me because I shushed her and I had to leave and start over someplace else. I was the only customer in the shop and the people I encountered were rude and uninterested in doing their job.

I am profoundly grateful to your store manager (Tyrese), his assistant, and service employees in the bay. Their spirit of professionalism was beyond measure. Their concern for me being from the Atlanta area, and care for my vehicle were exceptional. I made appt for 8 am. They were prepared accordingly and received me and had made space for my towed vehicle. Additionally, the tech test drove my car. When in Savannah I look forward to having my car serviced.
