Mavis Tires and Brakes in Savannah (Whitemarsh Island), GA

I called on a Saturday morning and spoke to Steve. He was quick to pick up the phone, within 2 rings, and answered all of my questions. I needed a new tire and needed that new tire put on a wheel that I was bringing in. Once I got to the shop, I waited for only about 8 minutes while one guy helped a couple in line before me. The phone rang while I was waiting and I saw a gentleman hurry inside from the shop to grab the phone and he did it with a purpose. That gentleman turned out to be Steve. After the call, he helped me and almost instantly remembered talking to me on the phone, which is an awesome customer service skill. He got me taken care of quickly and happily as he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He called me about an hour later to let me know my was ready. Over all, Mavis Tire and Steve made my experience a breeze. From customer service to price to quality to time efficiency, I am extremely happy.

On the inside driver's door of every vehicle is a sticker that reads the manufacturer's tire pressure, mine 32lbs.I was surprised to come home and find my tires all inflated at different pressures, one was 43, another 37, another 35. (yes, i allowed my tires to cool for 3 hours b4 testing) This causes uneven wearing and damage. For a tire shop, I'm surprised they didn't use the little numbers on their tire pump as they filled them at the end of fixing my tire. Of course they offered brakes & more than I came for. Otherwise nice people. An out of town New York corporate chain.

Phoenix was extremely professional and friendly! Their team checked my breaks and fixed the problem. I will definitely be back for more car services!
