I will go to any Tire Kingdom around except for the one in Downtown Vero Beach. I've always had my trucks and cars and trailers serviced at all the tire Kingdoms in South Florida and the one location and Sebastian on US1. My first year here I went over to the one in Vero Beach upon sitting there I was told that the guy had to take my whole pan off my truck because he couldn't get the screw cap off will Jay if the Tire Kingdom in Pembroke Pines put it on they don't use nomadic tools so they don't strip the cap but they explain to me that the cap was stripped I knew different then I found out they took the pan off my truck and we're waiting for replacement pan so I inquired where's my pants so I can take it home and tap it out and save the pan the reply was a we threw it out already. Will guess what go into the goddamn garbage can and get my pan back every excuse in the book now I'm being charged for a new pan three days later I'm driving down through South Vero on my way out to the turnpike and I get stopped by a local police officer telling me my tail lights are out well I know this to be not true as just a few months earlier I bought new housings with new LED light setups for my truck I go to the back of the truck and I look into the bulbs and they are old bulbs so I'm meetly go into my toolbox full out the right * accident and proceed on taking the lights off the back of the truck to my surprise my brand new LED light packs and housings were replaced with a 2000 2 set of tail lights the bulbs were in place with duct tape and a folded up Matchbox cover to hold a bulb in place well guess what I went back to Tire Kingdom in Vero Beach and they blatantly denied all here it's funny cuz you have a technician that drives a 2002 Dodge Ram I wonder if I went over to his truck and pulled his lights off and looked at the bottom of his truck I would probably find my stuff PS I have a video of May taking them apart with a cop standing next to me it is on my YouTube channel. If I ever get the opportunity to catch up with your technician let's put it this way find out what kind of flowers he likes for his headstone

After researching and speaking with several other tire stores in Sebastian, I happily chose Tire Kingdom. Ashley, very patiently, spent time with me explaining tire choices and the pros and cons for each brand for my 2023 CRV. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for my needs. Ashley never pressured me but gave me the information to compare tires. Once I decided and realized they would have to be ordered, she made it happen quickly. This was important because I was traveling (by car) out of state in 2 days. Four tires on and alignment done, I am ready to travel safely with no worries! Thanks to everyone at Tire Kingdom for being professional, kind, knowledgable, and completing the repair in a timely fashion! Oh, did I mention the price was reasonable too. Ashley is a gem!!!
