Worst auto service ever, my car needed a light cleared to pass inspection it drove fine otherwise, took it in during January apparently the parts they needed were on back order, after a month of waiting for the part to come , I was told it would take a bit longer after another two weeks of waiting they tell me I need more parts for other issues that they now have noticed, but again have to wait for them to come in, at that point I wanted to get my car out out there and take it elsewhere but apparently it wasnt drivable, even though it was drivable with no issues other than a light on, when I brought there. Place is poorly run not sure if they have much experience anymore, since they have new ownership never had much of a problem before and no one would ever get back to you to let you know if the parts arrived. Had to call over and over again. On top of ordering the new parts that were supposedly needed, there was no guarantee it was going to clear my light. Once March 28th rolled around I finally got my car back, light cleared for a minute but came back on eventually, $2,500 later with same problem I went in for and probably parts that were not needed what a load of BS. Awful and unprofessional.

Got a flat and stopped by and my man Peter got me in asap and got me back on my way!

Well done. Mike, Peter and the staff did an excellent job. Courteous and knowledgeable. It is nice to know I have mechanics I can trust.

On 2-12 I had brought my car in for an oil change. While I sat and waited for it to be completed I had people bringing in cars and walking out before me. When asking they apologized saying the order paper was misplaced and that my vehicle would be completed next. Once my vehicle was completed I drove home and on the way home I was getting a weird oder in my vehicle. My boyfriend got out of work came home to look at it, and found the oil cap was never put back on. This resulted in everything being covered in oil. When bringing it back to them and saying something they told me the cap was in fact put on. After my boyfriend said no and he was a mechanic they changed the story and said maybe they forgot it. They wiped stuff down and refilled the oil. As a result there was still oil all over and we ended up having to clean it ourselves.In an urgent situation on 4-8 with a tire that was going flat I brought the vehicle in. I told them that the valve stem covers appeared stuck on and they told me they would most likely have to replace all four valve stems, which I agreed to. When coming back to pick up the vehicle they gave me a list of things that needs to be done. Which I don't even know if I believe them, and I will be getting a second opinion. On 4-10 after a few days went by I remembered that I didn't see the key in my vehicle for the locking lug nuts. Upon going to look for it I realized its not the vehicle and then realized that the locking lug nuts were no longer on my vehicle and were replaced back to my normal lug nuts. When calling we were told they were not on the vehicle. They told me to come in and they would take care of it. When I went in I was still being told that they were not on the vehicle. When I pulled up a picture of my vehicle and zoomed in and the saw the locking lug nuts on the vehicle in the picture they immediately changed there story saying they must have accidentally got put on another vehicle. They gave me a new factory sealed package of locking lug nuts which they offered to put on, I refused as they will never be touching my vehicle again. When asking where my original ones went, and why I wasn't informed at pick up about this. The guy said i'm sorry and that he wasn't there that day. When I said he was the same guy I paid at pick up, he just looked at me and said sorry.I will NEVER be going back here you've lost my business. Don't bring your car here if you want it done correctly.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. Staff was rude to me and my fianc caught staff in a lie. First time we went, they forgot to put the oil cap on after an oil change and a lot of the oil came out. The second time we went, they took the Locking lug nuts and replaced them with normal one and claimed there was never on on the vehicle to start with. We had a picture to prove it did have them. Also claimed my fianc needed over a grand worth of work after I looked over what they recommended I realized that multiple things that they recommend were replaced less than three months before I checked what they recommended giving them the benefit of the doubt All still brand new and completely fine. Told my fianc she had no clue what she was talking about manger call me a moron and that knows nothing about cars (I am a mechanic of 5 years) I will never come here again.

Took almost 3 hours to plug a tire wouldnt recommend going here unless you want to wait forever
