NTB Tire & Service Centers in Springfield, OH

I have always been happy with NTB. They do great work and a fair price. I am a mechanic, I don't have an alignment rack though. I did new ball joints and struts on my son's Acura. I had him take it over for an Alignment. They said the right outer tie rod end was bad. And the tow bolts were pretty rusted in the back and may need replaced. I was like I just had it apart and it seemed tight to me... Hmmm... I had him bring it over and sure enough it had some play. I replaced the inner and outer tie rod, I fired up the torches and broke the tow bolts loose and lubed them. I checked all the bushings and everything, they weren't new but they weren't torn.We had a coupon for $50 off coupon for Tire Discounters. I was like you can try, but I have never really had good luck with them. They told him his bushings in the back were bad and wouldn't hold lube, and the tow bolts were too rusty. I was like bushings don't take lube, and they are a little dry, but they aren't torn or bad, and I heated the tow bolts up and broke them loose and lubed them.I told my so just to head to NTB. They got him right in and did the alignment perfectly, and didn't try to come up with a bunch of other stuff they could charge him for. They don't have of fancy coupons to get you in the door and sell you stuff, and sometimes they are a little more expensive than other places, but in my experience they are honest, do good work, and stand behind their work.I do wish they would bring back the free coffee in the waiting room though!

Young man at national tire and battery helped me out I had a tire going flat fast and he pulled my truck into a bay took off flat tire put on my spare underneath and didnt charge me a dime that made me purchase two new tires and had them put on a couple days ago they did a good job thx ???????? the only reason they didnt get five stars is my appointment time was 9:00 and they said it would take about an hour took them one hour 50 minutes

I can't say enough great things about NTB! I had an emergency on my way to work, and despite their busy schedule, they fit me right in and got me back on the road quickly. Will, the manager, was absolutely amazinghe truly listened to my needs and helped me get the best solution for my vehicle at a very reasonable price.Beyond the excellent service, the entire staff went above and beyond today. Theyve always been so kind when I stop in for a quick air fill-up, but this time, their dedication and care were on another level. Its also worth mentioning that they are ADA-friendly, which means the world to me as someone with a service dog. I recently experienced a flat from a hose clamp that was discarded on the road. I was able to remove my tire and install the spare(identical tire). I went to Mavis/NTB and the courteous staff patched the flat tire and not only tightened my lugs nuts on the tire I installed, but ensured all tires were tightened to the proper specs. Thanks!
