What an excellent experience! I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and the shop was swamped. Josh made me an appointment for the next day at noon, and when I arrived I was greeted and my car was taken immediately. I can't say enough about the friendly, professional service. The customer waiting area is immaculate! I was comfortable and able to work without interruption.

Fast service clean atmosphere. A place to do work while waiting with wifi available.

They are also so helpful and informative 10/10 location

Thanks so much to Han and the Mavis team taking care of my flat tire for me! I dropped it off late after work and last minute and they made sure they had it ready that night in case I needed it. They also were able to just patch it for me and were really kind and helpful for the entire experience! Thanks guys!

I called and made an appointment for last Friday, at 2:30, the man said that was the earliest they could get me in. So, I came in Friday at 2:30 to find out that there were no appointments for that day from John who was working the front desk. I asked John if they could still do it today and he said let me check out your car and took my keys. He only mentioned I needed to get my tires replaced, nothing about my brakes. I waited for an hour and fifteen minutes and told John I wish that yall would have communicated that it would be an hour before my car was even in the garage. John got very defensive and told me You didnt even have an appointment. Even if you did have an appointment, it just puts you in a line. But your car is next in line. Maybe because I am a young woman he thought that I would not know anything and wouldnt know how anything worked here. So I sat and waited another 15 minutes and saw two other cars being pulled into the garage. I finally was fed up and asked John if I could have my keys back because if they havent gotten my car in yet, I dont know how long it would take. He was still very defensive and rude. Turned out he even left my car unlocked in the parking lot after he checked it. After, I called customer service and 2 people hung up on me before i could get through to someone that would listen. Overall I was extremely unhappy with the lack of communication. The other people in the waiting room were unhappy with the service and how overpriced the services were as well.
