Really not happy with the service I received. I went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I made an appointment at 10am. They didnt get me out of there till almost noon and I was the only person waiting on their car.The front desk guy was condescending toward me as well, treating me like I didnt know anything about cars because Im a woman. He tried to tell me my tires didnt need to be balanced and that there was no point in including my full size spare tire in the rotation. Well, news for you buddy, I was married to a master mechanic for a decade and he taught me everything about cars. All of the things this bro at the front desk told me were incorrect. You do want to include your full sized spare in the rotation so the tread wears evenly as the tires age, that way, you dont end up damaging your axels when you do get a flat tire with uneven tires. Also, you do need to balance your tires. Unevenly balanced tires cause wobbling and vibration on the road and can cause uneven wear. I almost turned around and walked out when the front desk guy started spouting off that nonsense and I should have - it would have saved me $106.These guys charged me $106 to balance my tires. They did not balance my tires. When I checked them when I got home, the tires were uneven all the way around the car and also not up to my vehicles spec of 35psi. So I paid them for nothing. I went to Wawa and balanced them myself. They also didnt reset my cars computer to turn off the tire pressure light - but it likely wouldnt have shut off since they didnt actually balance my tires anyway! At least they rotated the tires which is the only reason Im giving them two stars instead of one. However, Im now missing one of my lug nut covers. Ill be surprised if they didnt cross thread the lug nuts or something like that when I replace my brakes. If I could, Id get a full refund, but thats unlikely to happen.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Honest prices and quick service.

Traveling from South Carolina and discovered a screw in our tire. Brought it right in and they looked it over and discovered the screw wasnt in that deep. It was just the top of a broken screw that caused zero damage. They were very honest and did not even charge. A pleasure to work with. Thanks!
