Mavis Discount Tire in Stroudsburg, PA

Needed a new tire asap, it wouldn't hold air for more than a few minutes and the team at Mavis squeezed me in last minute and got me in and out and back on my way. 100% would recommend.

This place is terrible and I believe a total scam. I will never take a vehicle hear again and would not reccomend it to anyone I care about. I very rarely feel compelled to post a review but the service provided was so egregious I had to. I took my vehicle here for an inspection and failed due to rear breaks and a rusted panel. I paid for the breaks and went to fabrication shop for the panel work that was expensive. I didn't drive the car and returned within 2 months for the re-inspection. I find out my original inspector quit along with most of the staff and the new guy told me I now need front breaks. He then quoted me $700. And when I went to pick it up it was 950 ( granted I added on wiper blades for like 60 bucks). It feels very dishonest and felt they were taking advantage of me. Not to mention i took another vehicle here for routine inspection and suprise was told I need breaks for $900. So please, please avoid this shop at ALL costs.

I would like to shout out the MAVIS TEAM for assisting me with all my car needs. Im a woman who doesnt know much about cars, let alone my car. They were able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Service was quick but their quality of work was excellent!!Highly recommend!!Thank you MAVIS! Im a happy camper! ??

Excellent service

My 2023 Hyundai Tucson has had a slow leak in one tire, so I brought the car to the Ertle dealership where I bought it used two months ago. After waiting two hours, with a scheduled appointment there, I was told that my tire had multiple punctures and I needed a new tire. This did not seem right to me, so I brought the car here. I came by at about 8:20 am and had my tire patched (it had a nail) and I was back on the road before 9am. Absolutely fantastic, honest service! And they did the work gratis! Thank you for your service and I will continue to use you for all our repairs and service!
