Mavis Tires and Brakes in Suwanee (Mcginnis Ferry), GA

I came in late in the day with a flat that was in need of repair before an early trip the next day. The kindness and service were exceptional, and they did not charge me for the service. Most grateful.

Fastest service Ive ever received from a tire place. The staff is awesome and super welcoming. Took off my flat tire and brought it to them and they hooked me up with a new one easy! Good price too!

Absolutely terrible experience at Mavis Tires. I went in for a tire service on my wife's car, specifically requesting the Goodyear tires advertised in their February promotion, which offered a $180 rebate on a set of four. I explicitly confirmed this with their employee, Heather, who assured me I was set for the promotional tires.However, after submitting the rebate to Goodyear, I was informed that the tires I was charged for, a whopping $737.78, did not qualify for the promotion. This price is outrageous, and I only chose Mavis because of the promised rebate. Upon calling the store, another employee admitted they had charged me for the wrong tires, blaming it on Heather's inexperience. While I understand everyone starts somewhere, that's not my problem. Their training issues should not fall on the customer. I demanded the rebate I was promised.They said they'd consult the manager and call me back. They never did. I went in person, spoke with Heather again, and reiterated the situation. They admitted that Mavis frequently changes the tires included in their promotions, which, again, is not my concern. They promised to escalate the issue to corporate and assured me it was a common problem.Weeks later, I've heard nothing. The regional manager, Wyatt, has completely ignored my requests for a call and instead closed my support ticket, offering a measly $50 store voucher. I want nothing to do with this store again. I simply want the $180 rebate I was promised.The customer service at Mavis is appalling, from the store level to corporate, and especially the regional manager. They clearly don't value their customers. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and take your business elsewhere. Do not trust their promotions, and do not expect any form of accountability from management.

In and out in about an hour or so. Tires are working out well. Friendly staff.

The staff at the suwanee location were extremely helpful! Heather was so friendly and made sure I understood what service was needed on my tires and got me fixed and out the door in no time! Ive gotten new brakes and tires from this location and I will keep coming back!!

The Service was fast and complete. I was able to get my tire plugged on my lunch break and get back to work .
