They provide great service and their customer service is excellent. We have been customers for a long time and are always treated kindly, quickly and it's always a pleasant visit. Their service is good and they don't try to upsell you on stuff you do not need.

I have horrible luck with tires. Just had to replace one a couple months ago after running over a bolt at Walmart. Last night coming home from a softball game on CCNE I heard a pop and then click click click all the way home. Another hex head bolt ?? Mavis Tires off Bannerman was great and although there was a slight wait and I thought for sure they were going to try to talk me into a new tire, they patched it quickly and sent me on my way! **they were not where I went a few months ago but I wish I had and I would definitely use them again**

Where do I start? Pulled in with my E150 to have my rear passenger brakes inspected because they were making an awful grinding noise. All brakes and rotors were changed about a year ago. They diagnosed is as the caliber is bad and that its sticking. They also said the pads are basically on metal. So they gave me a quote for like $1400 for changing out rear brakes, both calibers, rotors, and brakes hoses. I then was going to leave to get a second option and they reduced their price to $900 plus tax, but I left anyway. Went to Tuffys and all it was, was a bolt missing to mount the caliber. Are you kidding me? So for like $60 I got it repaired and brakes, rotors, calibers, and brake hoses were fine. Be careful coming here! Go to Tuffys.

Todd is the best. The employees were courteous and helpful. They called to make sure that if I was going to be later than their office hours, they could wait for me. I absolutely recommend them for servicing your car. Best Mavis Tires store in Tallahassee. Hands down.
