I had a flat tire that was taken care of by a wonderful staff. Thank you Paul and Will for being so great. Having a local establishment that is so customer oriented is a blessing. I went there originally because a friend told me how they were so thorough about checking her car even when she only went in for an oil change. They advised her about things that she did not realize were in need of attention and was so thankful that they emphasized the things that were safety concerns and really needed to be addressed as soon as she could. I was so impressed by what she said. So many places will let you just drive out without a word about a problem that could cause you to get stuck somewhere. She did not liked hearing that here car needed to have work done but was thankful someone gave her the news BEFORE she broke down. They really care. Thank you guys again. You are the best.

The guys at Mavis are something else. They really care and want to be sure everyone is safe on the road. They told me about issues I needed to do right away and things that were not so pressing. Thank you for telling me what I did not want to hear. I could not afford all the work at the time. After I left a few days later I decided to get a second opinion. I was stunned to find out what a great price they quoted for the work I needed. I will be going to them for sure for my work and am so thankful the staff was so understanding.

Ive been going to Mavis for years for tires and brakes. Today, I was able to work with Paul at Mavis to get a new tire when I had a flat. He went above and beyond to help me out. I would greatly recommend everyone to utilize Mavis for all their tire and brake needs.

I took my car in this morning. I knew I needed a tire rotation, brakes looked at, and an oil change. Within an hour, I was being quoted for over $1800 of work. All of it was a near dire emergency.My car MAY IN FACT need all of these things done! I might have even gone back to this location for the work, depending on what I learn at the next place.I told them politely that I would need a second opinion and that I appreciated them taking a look.While I was waiting for my car to come down from the lift, the manager came out to inform me that "Once you go somewhere else, call us back when you realize we will be less expensive than wherever you're going."Imagine my surprise when the man before me was ALL-KNOWING. An omniscient human, my lucky day! He knows exactly what I will be charged and what the next person will say!Shockingly, I didn't appreciate the condescension. While I may be just a little lady, I have more self respect than to go somewhere where I am treated with such an attitude. Even if the next place says the same thing and is more expensive, I will certainly not return.Consider a more respectful approach, Mavis. All you had to say was "Thanks for coming in, we are here if you need us!"

This is an excellent facility to come to. Its very clean, nice customer service and very fast. Will be returning for any tire repairs

My battery died, and the staff here took excellent care of me. Its almost like God sent them at the time that I needed them ??. I recommend everyone to come here, Not only will you be treated well But they will get you in and Out! I couldnt have picked a better place to have service!
