Daica And Rick were Absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked in the building. Daica was very welcoming and nice. And Rick handled the Patch in my Tire like a Pro with the quickness. This is a Great Loc.

I had a really disappointing experience at Tire Kingdom this afternoon. I went in to get air in my tires and mentioned to the employee that I thought the right tire needed air. Instead of offering a helpful response, he sarcastically remarked, "Oh, you think you need air? Is the light on? When I confirmed that it was, he handed me the air gun and asked if I wanted to do it myself. I told him that I did not want to do it and asked if he could, but instead of helping, he loudly announced to his coworkers that I had declined to do it myself. His tone was overly sarcastic, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. As I was leaving, I stalled my car (which Im still adjusting to the feel as I had just picked up my car from the shop after replacing the clutch), and he proceeded to announce it to his team that I had stalled my car. I didnt expect such unprofessional behavior, and it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
