Will book you an appointment for an inspection but when you show at appointment time they will inform you they dont actually perform inspections.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. 2 hours for an oil change and I was the only one there. They couldn't figure out the oil filter my vehicle needed and put in wrong license plate # for my account. When I left, my vehicle was making a loud ticking sound. After certain people left this location, it's going downhill.

Got there early on a Saturday morning for an inspection. AFTER already getting there and taking my reservation, they tell me that they dont have an inspector. I asked why would they take my reservation and they said they called me to cancel. Never happened. When I asked what time they called, they said they deleted the paperwork. I asked if they could make a reservation for us at a neighboring Mavis or a coupon and I was told youre on your own. I tried to ask again for a coupon due to the inconvenience and lack of professionalism and again was told on my own and there was nothing that could be done, not even a reschedule for the next available day. Very unfortunate they treat a repaying customer that way. Lost a customer for life.

My daughter had a flat so we took her Jeep to Mavis. We wanted to make sure we got a patch not a plug. Staff was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant! The timing must have been perfect because we got in right away and so glad they were open on a Sunday! Would definitely go back for this staff.

Stopped by because tire had slow leak, got me right in w/o appt and took care of it quickly. Josh was especially helpful

I went there for my car that check engine flash when I press break pedal. Without solving that problem, they changed the other parts of break system with high charge.The next day, I went there and spoke to a staff(may be manager), he said my car needs to be tuned up. What the disappointed service!Never ever again. I fell I have wasted my time and money.

I payed 1,000 for repairs and an inspecton. There manager Carlos told me he would personally make sure that that he fixed everything in a timely manner in order to avoid a fix it ticket I received. The next day I got a phone call saying my car was all set but they couldn't do the inspection because Carlos called off!!CALL THE BBB
