Ralph made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Its clear he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.Ill definitely be coming back for future maintenance needs.

This was my second time bringing my car here. The first time I had brought it over right after stopping at Sam's Club to have my tires fixed. Sam's never mentioned anything about my brakes being bad, so when Mavis called me and told me that my car needed new brakes, I didn't believe them. I figured that they were trying to con money out of me because I'm a woman and I only took my car to them to have an alignment done. Fast forward a few months and I needed new brakes.I took my car in last Friday for new brakes, an oil change, and possibly rotors. They called me and said that not only did I need all of those, but I also needed a new battery, suspension, and a few other things done. My mom was with me as she was my ride to get back home and she told them to go ahead and do everything despite my wishes. So, they went ahead and did everything and I paid $2,400. One of the things that I wanted to be done to my vehicle was to replace the burnt-out bulb for my daylight-running lights. Ralph told me that he'd fix it for free. After I picked up my car and started driving home, I noticed that the light was still out. I called the store the next day to see about bringing it back in or at the very least to see what was going on. Ralph answered the phone. The second that I told him the reasoning as to why I was calling he immediately got an attitude. He told me that there weren't any lights on the bottom and that I had imagined them being there for over 3yrs. Since I was "imagining" the lights being there, I was trying to get clarification as to what the lights were because I'm 100% positive that there are lights there. While I was trying to understand he called me argumentative and combative despite him being the only one raising his voice. He acted like a damn child throwing a temper tantrum. It took me a few days to make this review as the lights only turn on in the daytime while I'm driving and I had to get someone else to take the picture. I knew that the lights were there this whole time because you can see the reflection in other vehicles, etc. I wanted to make sure that I had a clear picture for this review so that Ralph could see my "imaginary" light not working. While my car seems better, I will never return to this place and have been/will continue to share my horrible experience here due to Ralph's severe lack of professionalism. I do NOT recommend this place

I received excellent service, although I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they went the extra mile and did a thorough inspection and listed the areas which need attention.

Took my wife's car in for a free inspection. These guys got me in and out. Great honest service and my wife is happy. Happy wife happy life. 10 outta 10.
