11/24/23: This is my Go-to place. They do much more than just tires. The customer service is top knotch. Very friendly and hospitable. They care for my BMW like it was their own. These guys always show me care and concern and excellent customer service. I love how they explain everything in depth and dont take me for granted bc I'm a female. Every time I go there, they're busy but they're Steadily working and getting people checked in-and-out in a timely manner.

They saved me thousands!! My mechanic quoted me 4000 for the work I needed and Remy got it done for 1500!! Recommend to all and will surely be coming back! Thank you so much

OK story time so I went into Mavis to have my front end rebalanced around 50 To 60 mph my steering wheel with shake really bad look up a couple of things that could be the issue but the cheapest way to go would be have your tires rebalanced they had a technician ride my pick up truck when they put it on the lift they told me that it could be my bearings not that it was a safety issue, but the problem would be fixed if I replaced the bearings $320 later three minutes after leaving the building the car still shakingq I had to go to a job but returning back to Mavis I talked to Maurice and wanted to get my wheels rebalance like I asked for the first time remy was on lunch so they had the technician that did the job ride with me at 40 mph. He tells me theres no issue. I told him originally I told him it happens around 50 to 60 mph then told me it could be my power steering pump, which if anybodys reading this and knows a little about cars that would make you laugh after him saying this this made me not comfortable with his knowledge note. This is the original technician so they do the rebalanced and noticed that my front passenger side tire is is bent which is causing the steering wheel to move aggressively around 50 to 60 mph so they took the front tire put it to the rear and the rear tire to the front $58 later the problem was fixed so I asked for a refund on the original job due to misdiagnosis, but I was just told that due to me agreeing to have the first job done and the parts being on the car, I cant get a refund and the only reason why I agreed was because someone that does this on a every day basis told me this would be the reason why my steering wheel was shake talk to the regional manager today Stacey and let her know that just because I agreed to something that pro told me would fix my ex issue is my fault and I cant get a refund. I would never do business with Mavis ever in my life. Im a plumber by trade and this is the worst customer service I ever seen. To know that you are the one that every customer goes to because you have the knowledge that they dont and you misdiagnose something but its on us because we agreed to have the work done is ridiculous. Will not be coming again . Went in and asked for 4 new tires , told me the cheapest were $142 , I chose those one and he rung me up for ones that costed $170 . Went online afterwards to check and shows the cheapest tires of $92 . Definitely a place to take advantage of you , dont recommend

Great service! I called earlier in the day and made an appointment for that night. Discounted my tires and also changed them pretty quick! Was in and out.
