I had a great experience with Mavis Tires in Brookhaven. They were able to repair my tire quickly before leaving for a trip! Diana was so helpful and friendly and made the repair so easy!

They attempted to charge me for services that I did not need. I told the guy at the front desk that I only wanted brakes and rollers but he said that I could not get the service if I did not get the brake caliper replaced which was totaling 1700$. I told him to put my tires and my old brakes back on. I took my car to Midas and they did my brakes and rollers for 601$ total. I asked them to check my calipers as you can see in my receipt and they told me that my calipers were fine. That blonde hair guy at the desk seems to be charging people for services they dont need. Receipts are attached.

Had a problem with my steering and they explained everything and showed me what I needed done. Very honest. Great prices and my car is driving great and safe! Thank you Brookhaven Mavis!

I went to Mavis in Brookhaven Pa on March 15th to get a Front End Check & Wheel Alignment Right . I Sat There from 9 a.m to 5:30 pm waiting for my car to be finished , Idk none about cars but ik my cars was NOT driving the way it was when I left , Mavis store manager BEN Suggested I needed Struts & Shocks . I just had gotten my struts replaced the month before so Ik it wasnt that . So I brought my Car back March 24th to get the Struts & Shocks done , I waited over 4/5 hrs for my car to get finished just for it to ride terrible my wheels were shaking & you could hear & feel everything trying to clamp together to stop my car when I press the brake . Soooooo I pulled back up & told them my car was driving funny nd my steering wheel was waaaay off . Ben took my car & lifted it again for a 3rd time just to tell me nothing was wrong . I was frustrated so I called the regional manager Name was JOHN i explained what happened & he asked me to take my car to another Mavis Location in Glenolden Pa so I did , They lifted my car for a wheel alignment again ! When he was done with my car he showed me the alignment before & after I couldnt believe Id just paid almost $1,700 for my car to end up messed up this way . I left the Mavis shop my car was still driving funny felt like my wheels were hanging on for life ! So I parked it . I reached out to John the regional manager again , only for him to ask me to take my car to yet another Mavis , I refused he became irritated because I decline & asked for a refund . He denied it I told him I would take my car to Thomas Chevrolet to have them look at my car , he said ok call back & we will pay for the service fee & whatever needs to be fixed ok cool boom took my car to Thomas Chevrolet on April 4th was the first available appointment. The video below is a Front End check from Thomas Chevrolet checking over Mavis Work ?????? The total cost at Thomas Chevrolet was 1,574.49 So I called John the Mavis Regional manager to give him the price he refused yet again to pay for the improper work nd damaged done to my car . He asked to speak with the tech that worked on my car these 2 men got into a arguement about the total amount . John called me on April 11th asking me about my car & if I had made a Decision on coming to and agreement of then just paying strictly for the service fee and no parts because they are dealer parts . En route to an appointment , I got a flat tire and pulled into Mavis Discount Tire in Brookhaven, where the courteous staff promptly assisted me, installing my spare tire without charging me. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire for their exceptional service.
