Mavis Discount Tire in Gardiner, NY

I had my tires mounted and balanced with an alignment. 5 months ago. The rear tires went bad due to the rear camber. The roads aren't perfect so that was not a help to the alignment. Even though I was two months out of the warranty. Pat the RTM got us an appointment the same day and the two managers at the desk were fantastic. They re did my alignment Free of charge and mounted and balanced my new tires. I totally understand in a business sometimes things get looked over or sometimes mis communication can happen. The main thing Is how it is resolved. These managers at gardiner did a fantastic job at making the customer happy and taking care of everything. I would definitely trust them with your car. They are very honest as well which goes a really long way. As well the alignment tech and tire guy did a fantastic job. The car now drives straight as an arrow.

I have been a customer of Mavis Gardiner for the entire 2+ years I have lived in NPz. Everyone there is a professional, honest and caring. I always buy my tires here (price matching is awesome) but their knowledge goes well beyond tires. I brought my teenagers new car to them to look at and they gave it a thorough look-over and included my son in explaining everything good and bad about the car. Highly, highly recommendthanks guys for all the help with all four of my cars!!

I've been coming here for 7yrs now. These guys have seen 5 different cars of mine they ALWAYS take great care of me. They have a play area that my kids can play and watch a movie they are always helpful and were alot of machanics just want your money these guys really care about my families safety. I have confidence when I come here and I'm so grateful for all the help and advice they give. I highly recommend this place they will not let you drive away in an unsafe vehicle and will always put you and your families safety first. If I can help it I will not go to another mechanic. I even dropped off beer for them one yr because I was going through such a rough patch and they were so caring and helpful I wanted to repay them some how. Finding that one trusting mechanic can be hard and im glad i found mine. Thank you to everyone at Mavis Discount in Gardiner I appreciate all the help you have given over the yrs.

Took my car for an oil change to this location for the first time and Austin made sure to treat me like I was a regular. The team at Mavis Gardiner provided updates and a complimentary safety check that has definitely locked me in as a customer! Highly recommend ??

I came for a noise in my passenger front tire. I had Austin's store manager, look at it. Upon further inspection we found no findings. He regreased repacked cleaned everything. Buttoned it all back up. Did a great job. HE WAS SPEEDY. GIVEN THE FACT THAT IT'S A PIECE OF MACHINERY, AND IT TAKES A LITTLE TIME. I am quite pleased on how long the job took. I'm also pleased with his customer service. As it is above par, everywhere else i've ever gone. Austin is a great store manager. Really easy to click with. Super respectful and to the point. I appreciate all his candor. And in helping me get the job done. I would highly recommend that everyone bring their car here. As you can't go wrong, they are honest mechanics. And try really hard.

This review is way overdueI cant count how many times Austin and the team at Mavis Gardiner helped me and took care of my car service needs. To many times I have called last minute and Austin always found a way to schedule a service or repair needed. Austin and the team are always professional, courteous and honest with the recommendations for required work that my vehicle requires to keep it running on the road.
