Mavis Tires and Brakes in Newberry, FL

DO NOT do business with Mavis Tires & Brakes in Jonesville. Unless, you dont mind being called a liar and being ripped off, paying for a service you dont receive.Recently (this morning) my wife took her vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. After they were done, wife noticed that the tires didnt appear to be rotated because one of the rims that had scuff marks on it was still in the same location, she again inquired if they were rotated and was told most definitely they were , she knew they werent and asked to speak to manager and conveyed her concerns, he stated he wasnt there when it was done but would speak to the assistant manager who was there and was told they were indeed rotated. My wife said why would I lie if they were rotated? Nothing but blank stares. The manager said he would request camera footage of the incident but would have to go through corporate to get it. By this time, my wife was very frustrated and upset by being called a liar and she was done with them.I know for a fact that it wasnt rotated and I also know for a fact that this behavior from them isnt a one-off, they routinely do this. Before, when this business was a Tuffy they did exactly the same thing to my vehicle.If you cant trust them to do the little things right how can you trust them to do the big things right? Did they even change the oil? Beware of this place and avoid like the plague. Get the word out! Im tired of being ripped off and no one being held accountable.

Ryan is the best! Very polite and helpful. Came in with a nail and he treated me like I was buying a new set. Definitely will be returning for all my tire needs.

If you guys ever want to go somewhere to get your car serviced, this is the place! Joel in the back shop got my brakes done very quickly. I came in with an emergency, my brakes were making a very very loud grinding noise, Tasha took my car in and they had it inspected within 20 minutes. It came out that I needed pads and rotors in the front of my truck. Luis gave me a very good price and said they had them in stock! Less than 40 minutes after that my truck was done and ready to go! No more noise and I have a nice firm brake pedal now. Huge thank you to all the staff here at Mavis and I will 100% be back in the future when my truck needs more work!!!!

I had an absolutely amazing time at this store, normally I try to avoid all tire shops but this shop and the staff that works there was amazing! Got me in without an appointment and had my oil change done within an hour! They were able to give me a detailed list of what the car would need going forward free of charge! Tasha at the front counter was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be coming back when I need my next service!

I showed up unannounced, no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a free inspection of my car and let me know a timeline of maintenance my car will require. During their inspection they found a nail in my tire and were able to patch it and get me back on the road in an hour! The front desk folks were friendly and the dude that gave me my keys was an absolute sweet heart. They have earned another customer going forward. On my way to grab my wife's car to bring it back for an oil change.

I have a great experience every time i come and get my car worked on here! All of the employees are sweethearts (i work next door and every time they come into my restaurant they are always super sweet!) and it definitely shows while they work :)

I normally dont do too many reviews but the high level of professionalism and customer service provided by the team at Mavis in Jonesville was outstanding! Ryan and Adam as always were great!

I've visited other Mavis locations.They always do fine work.This location did excellent work, with very nice professionals behind it.Ryan took care of some tire issues on a car we took out of storage and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes.Tasha inside was great to talk to about services and recommended some roadside emergency equipment that might be good to have in the trunk.Recommend highly this location I do.

I came by right before close just to get a price of a patch for a nail in my tire. The guys offered to do it even though the store was closing. I really appreciate them as it's very hard for me to get off in time for things like this. They were very helpful and it was very fast only 15 minutes! I'll definitely be back when I do need new tires just for this kind of courteous service.
