They are not able to reset your steering wheel after an alignment. It's best to go to the toyota dealer. They did install tires I purchased through a 3rd party. That was fine.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at this Mavis Tire location. Upon discovering a nail in my tire, I was informed that it would be patched from the inside. A young employee, approximately 20 years old and dressed in street clothes, proceeded to work on my vehicle for a mere five minutes before returning it. The customer service representative then informed me that the repair was complete, charging me $32 without providing any details on the work performed or how the issue was addressed.After observing the process through the window, I confronted the representative, noting that the tire had not been removed or patched internally as promised. Following a discussion with the technician, the representative apologized, admitting he was unaware that the job had not been done correctly, and sent the vehicle back for proper repairs.This incident raises serious concerns about the lack of clear communication and transparency regarding the work being performed. Furthermore, charging for incomplete services is unacceptable. Most alarmingly, an improperly repaired tire poses significant safety risks, such as a blowout at high speeds, which could lead to severe consequences. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend bringing your vehicle to this location.

Although I always had a good experience at Mavis, today wasn't so. Took my car for an oil change and rotation and was given an out the door estimate that was $20 less than what I actually paid. In addition to that, my murano has an oil capacity of 5 1/8 quarts but was charged for 6 quarts. They also told me that they couldn't rotate my tires because they didn't have the required socket and told me that it was due to the lug nuts having warped due to heat and that I needed to buy new lug nuts. However, when I went home, I was able to lossen-up all the lug nuts using the car manufacturer's supplied lug nut wrench. I believe that they simply forgot to rotate my tires (which was complimentary), and then they made excuses which could have made me spend $50 buying unneeded lug nuts. Very dissapointed and now I am not sure if I will be going back to that shop ever again.
