Mavis Discount Tire in Red Lion, PA

Got new tires here in Sept. I've had a thumping sound when driving for a while. I noticed the front wheels had like 15 weights on it to balance. I took my vehicle back and asked that the front wheel balances be checked. They said they were off balance and fixed them. The thumping noise wasnt as bad, but still noticeable. Well I just did a brake check on my back wheels and one wheel has over 10 ounces of weight on it. That seems a little excessive. I'm happy with the tires but I won't be back if they can't even figure out how to balance a wheel. I think the tires themselves may need unmounted and repositioned or something, and they didn't want to take the time.

I went to Mavis having soft brakes. Told me my brakes needed to be bled. Paid around $100 and waited about 45 minutes. After, brakes felt exactly the same, took my car to my mechanic, turns out, it was never done. They robbed me pretty much. Never go here.

One of my tires was leaking. I stopped in without an appointment and they patched it right away for free. Great guys and always great service. Thank you so much!

I got a flat and I didnt know if there was a way it could be patched so i went in thinking id have to drop a lot of money on some new tires. We barely waited at all and the tire had been patched and it was on the house! I am extremely grateful, these guys are so nice and they work fast! I will definitely be coming here for any of my basic car problems!

The Red Lion PA Mavis Tire store is the worst so go elsewhere like I did.

Had a nail in my tire causing an air leak - brought my car in with no appointment and no call-ahead. The crew plugged and refilled my tire within 10 minutes, and didnt charge me a dime. Super thankful and appreciative for their kindness and hard work! Highly recommend!

Stopped in and had a tire pressure sensor programmed because it didn't take for the mechanic who installed it. They programmed the sensor and when I asked how much I owed they wouldn't charge me and told me to have a great day. Will definitely be letting everyone I know to shop at Mavis.
