Mavis Tires and Brakes in Riverdale, GA

This place is absolutely THE WORSE!!!!! They lie to you about the time it will take. They take their time and do not value yours at all. Told them I had to have my car by 2 pm or I couldnt do the extra work. They said oh yeah no problem. I call at 2 my car isnt ready I tell them get it ready Im coming to get my car at 3 I get here car is on the air ripped apart and Im just forced to wait. Lost over 800 in business because of their lies and non sense. I will never come here again.

Store manager, Mr. Collins & service mechanic, Mr.Jevan paid close attention to detail and customer care at MAVIS TIRES & BRAKES in Riverdale. made this a great choice for new brakes and rotors.

AJ, Mook, Rashad and James were all very polite, accommodating.. they listened and didn't push any service that was not needed.. they gave great service recommendations also.. 10/10 service.. I will definitely be back when we have more tire needs..

Other than AJ, apparently everyone else at this store is useless and they will take days to fix a problem without communication if AJ isn't working. Very unhappy on how the situation was handled because it took four days and time is money. My husband had to take multiple days off work and we weren't compensated in any form for our time. Best they could do was an Uber to and from to get car after having it themselves for having it two and half days when it was told up front it was needed for a trip prior to when it actually got finished. While things do happen, customer service is also important and AJ can't work 24/7 but the poor dude apparently has to or things don't get done. Either way, I'm out extra money as we lost three days of work because of this and I had to miss a night of a trip so cost me the price of a hotel room for a night.

AJ helped me out a lot to where I was able to feel good walking out the door. Everyone had great customer service. Gave great information with providing the services of getting my brakes and tires done. Would recommend anyone who is having any troubles to come! 10/10

Amazing experience!!! Walked in and was greeted by Nate. I have no clue when it comes to cars and he walked me through the process of getting new tires. Very grateful!!! I usually go to the Union city location but Im now moving to the Riverdale location. Thanks again Nate!!!!
