These guys saved our day on our road trip. Got our donut switched out and got 2 new tires on for me quick as could be. Very reasonable price for new tires.But most of all really good guys working here. 11/10

Need to do an up date on this business DONT GO HERE!! Every time I go something else happens to my car and I starting to believe its being done on purpose. Also during ny last tire rotation they put a tire on my front driver side that has two patches on it , which should have been given a new tire, under the warranty. So when I get home I seen my fog light was broken it was not broken when I went rhere they alsobrik a clip from my glovebox which they shoukd have never touched.Alsothe man that waited on me the day of tire rotation is always rude, but the other man is always very nice. Wish I could remember his name, but still nothing is ever resolved. They still haven't made things right again. DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!!Took my car for just a tire rotation and they pulled air filters and did not put parts back on, checked battery and again did not put parts back on. First of all I was not informed they were going to do all this to my car. check engine light is on now and several other lights. I ONLY NEEDED TIRES ROTATED NOTHING ELSE AND YOU HAD NO PERMISSION TO TAKE THING APART. I will be back up there to address this issue and I will never bring my car back.

Tron and the team at Mavis quickly assessed my vehicle and made sure I was out and running safely without charging me an arm and a leg. Definitely recommend Mavis for all things tires, brakes and alignment!

Fixed my front brakes which ended up costing $530, but immediately as I was leaving, my tire pressure light came on and a light for my turning signal.. which there is no reason that should have been touched.. and my turning signal doesnt work now. Disappointed

Tron was amazing! My tire popped and started losing pressure on the interstate FAST I called and he told me just get here we got you!When I got there he said it maybe an hour before they Could get to me and I told him I cant my son gets off the bus soon and I have to be there to get him!He said dont worry went to the back and came back and told me he worked me on it and was going to get me taken care of right now!This is not my first time using Mavis and every time I come here they are just as amazing! These guys truly care about helping people out! If you need tires or breaks come here!

While traveling home from vacation, I hit a curb and the tire was slashed. It was on a Saturday evening and I wasn't sure if I could get the tire repaired or needed a new tire. After getting the flat tire removed, I was able to get to Mavis tires early on Sunday. They quickly checked the old tire, it needed to be replaced. Within the hour they had a new tire mounted and I was able to resume my travels. Thanks to Mavis Tires for the quick and friendly service.

Absolutely mortified! I called to get a quote on a car service that I needed on Thursday (front and rear brakes). When I got there a rep said they would complete an inspection of the brakes. After the inspection, he advised that I only needed half of what I originally requested (rear brakes). Afterwards, there was still squealing coming from the vehicle and I called as soon as I pulled out. The same rep said bring it back in the following day. I went the next day ( original person was not present) and told them the situation. He said yeah, they told me about that ( he tried to make it sound as if I had miscommunicated -and I had NOT- and that the mechanics thought only the rear needed replacing .however, if an inspection was completed, they should have known??). The gentleman said they didnt have time that night and to bring it back over the next two days. I went first thing this morning (third time) and they charged me full price again(saying my original quote was only for the rear). This was not the quote and was most definitely not communicated after I told them the original work did not fix the issues!!!! This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant car service experiences ever!!!!!!!

I would like to Thank Tron, for showing me simple basic tire care after the snow fall some weeks ago. He personally took time to explain an issue I had with my tires. Great customer and prompt service. I definitely will be doing my tire business with them in the future.
