I just wasted 2 hours NOT GETTING SERVICE, after waiting for a 10 min tire repair. I was the " next person" and the "technician" was "finishing up", a prior tire fix and was just putting ast tire back on. I watched him 4 times (FOUR times) do the exact same thing first seated on the ground and squatting to get right front tire on, hand starting luggage nuts, then attempting to use pneumatic wrench. Each time, he would stop, lift the car up, look beneath, bring elevated drain dish under it etc, only to do the same thin again and again. He was working on this same tire when I arrived at 1130am. He appeared to talk to other mechanics, n9 one helpedhim, they seemed to offer words but no assistance. WHY? Why would they watch him over and over and no one help??? After the 3rd try, he elevated the car, on the lift and removed rear tire to look at it. There were no other people waiting, 2 empty bays, and one snarky, giggly male who appeared to do nothing I 2 hours but walk 2 papers to mechanics, and then make a nasty comment to me, with food falling out of his mouth, seated at a lobby table. The only competent person seemed to be the female who told me no less than 4 times, you're next, he's almost done. She answered all the calls, manned rhe desk etc and set upcoming appts.I know complications arise, what i don't get is 1) why no one helped him when he repeatedly asked, and 2) why, after 2 hours waiting, the useless guy standing at the desk couldn't help, or another mechanic take 10 mins to fix my flat and get me out, after 2 hours. The also was a very petite male tech/ mechanic who slammed through every door, walking to the back in a different, and never seen again after at least 90 mins. I came back here because I had such a GREAT experience 2 years ago, in and out with a huge wait and all bays full. I wrote a GLOWING review and vowed to use them exclusively in VB. This will NOT happen again. This place needs help. Now, and VB, clean up your damn nails and screws all over your roads.

DO NOT use this location if you expect to be treated with courtesy. After getting a price for 4 new tires from Josh, and agreeing I could come "today or tomorrow" I was told to come at 5:00pm that day, which we did. We were told the install would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. We walked to dinner, and returning 90 minutes later our car was on the rack, but the work had not begun, and the empty shop suggested it was "break time." By that time we were the only ones waiting, and the install took nearly until 8pm. No one uttered "I'm sorry" or acknowledged the delay. Over week later when I was finally able to drive the car on the interstate, it was obvious the tires weren't properly balanced, so I returned to have it addressed. The store was busy when I arrived, but the staff (I encountered two employees at the desk) conveyed a "don't care" attitude, and didn't want to suggest how long I might wait to be serviced, and no appointment option was offered. I asked for the address of the next nearest Mavis store, and was told they "didn't know what store I wanted to go to so they couldn't give me an address." I walked out. See NTB/Mavis on Independence for a positive review... They'll get 5-stars!

Took my Bronco in for an alignment and it was great. Chelsea was very helpful in explaining some extra problems I had with my transfer case, even though they were not set up to take care of it. She even came and laid under the car with us in the parking lot to show us. Thank you!!

I went in for an oil change. I have to say the customer service I got was great, I did not believe it still existed! I was also in and out in less than 35 minutes! I highly recommend this business if you want great service.

Called around noon to inquire if they could install tires on wheelchair van. Assured me they provided this service. Waited 2 hours to be told they would not perform the service. Manager advised she was too busy to notice and insisted I never called with inquiry yet my order was in computer. No apology!! Wasted hours after paying $28 toll from Eastern Shore! Do not recommend!
