I went in very nervousbecause the last mechanic I saw tried to get me to change a ball bearing- which is not cheap. The guys at Mavis were great and letme see for myself that it wasn't necessary. I really appreciate their honesty, it's so important to trust your mechanics. After changing my tire they took the time to help me withfog lights that I couldn't get in on myown- it was a real lifesaver. I even ended up paying less than I expected. Jose and Anthony went totallyabove and beyond, I'm so relieved to have faith in the people taking care of my car. Management has definitely improved at this location, I'm a lot more confident coming here now than I have been in the past

I walked into the office and the manager Jose immediately asked for my key. Before I finished registering with Craig my truck was on the lift. I loved that there was no wait time for service and the workers were very thorough. I recommend this location to everyone.

Time to start looking for another place to take your car . Had rear brake pads and rotors done , told them had the rotors are in the trunk they replied with their front rotors , still have rear rotors in the trunk , Got charge for a brake flush yet the brake fluid is old and has the same color in the reservoir when fluid is new its clear , didnt even get the alignment sheet printed to see where it was off.
