Very happy with my 1st visit at Mavis Tire in Warwick Had a tire pressure issue as my tire was losing air and and went to Mavis and they were very knowledgeable, honorable and accommodating to diagnose the problem immediately. Good news is that they confirmed it wasnt a puncture but a bad seal with rim and they didnt try to sell me a new tire!!!! All is well now thanks to Mavis Tire

I had an excellent experience here. Anthony, Dan and Code were all so friendly and helpful. I brought my vehicle in on a Sunday and had it back, ready to pick up Monday morning. Definitely 5 star service!

The Warwick Mavis location always comes through in times of need, an emergency or just quick and efficient maintenance. Anthony, Mario and their staff were so accommodating this morning, due to a blown out tire last night on my commute home. I expressed that I needed my car ASAP, and they took us right away, making time into their busy schedule. Mavis in Warwick always offers the best deals they can, will bring you to the counter to show you what they find in their inventory, also, which gives such peace of mind. Thank you guys so much. Ill always recommend this location. - special shout out to Anthony and Mario, true, honest, and kind salesmen that makes their customers comfortable.

UPDATE: A week or so after this experience I spoke to a regional manager named Patrick who told me the Mavis team told me I was notified my engine had an oil leak. They did not, yet they put this in my record, to I am SURE cover their you know whats. Needless to say I took my car to Ford who did my oil change, no issues, no oil leaks (I requested they let me know if they see any of the issues Mavis indicated). Needless to sah. Mavis is a bunch of liars and this is the last they'll hear from me.---------Came here months ago for my focus to mount and balance tires. Had a great experience, until today.I made an oil change appointment DAYS ago online, that was confirmed for 9 AM. My day started by waiting a half hour to get my car checked in because the man I got at the desk entered my information 4 times when it should have been there from when I made the appointment online. But hey, that is besides the point. It happens. Was told it would be an hour because the bays were booked. Would you not think, if an appointment was made one would be booked for me? Guess not. Again. Whatever. Things happen. The real kicker started when my car was finally brought in and I was asked by the technician, Cody, why there was a bottle of brake fluid in the engine bay. I said because I am sure my boyfriend did some sort of maintenance etc. and left it there on accident. Anyone dating a car guy would understand. Fine. He goes back, I think my oil is being changed. Nope. Comes back to tell me that it will not be changed, there is too much wrong with the car (??) and the engine with the empty bottle being there and that the brake fluid reservoir is EMPTY and they will not be doing my oil change so they are not liable. Cool. But I guess it is okay for them to let me leave with an empty brake fluid reservoir instead of asking if I would like that service so I am safe? Guess so because all I was offered was some misogynistic "advice" by two old men at the front desk of the dangers of my brake fluid reservoir being empty. As if I had done something wrong. Meanwhile, countless other reviews say people brought their cars in for oil changes, something else was spotted to be wrong, and they were offered a remedy.Well they should have offered to provide me the brake fluid service then because at that time they would have ACTUALLY OPENED AND VIEWED the FULL brake fluid reservoir. To be clear they did not offer me any kind of remedy to the supposed brake fluid. Just sent me on my not so happy way. So thinking I am quite possibly going to die on my way home now, I pull into a parking lot across the street and check the reservoir myself and it is brimming to the tippy top with delightful sacred brake fluid. My goodness, all my calm and understanding went out the window.I called back and asked why I was sent home from my oil change that never happened when I am standing across the street staring at a FULL brake fluid reservoir. They said, and I quote, "umm I don't know." and I was placed on hold for them to retrieve Cody. Who had nothing but an apology to offer because to be quite frank I wasted an hour of my time for nothing because he did not in fact ever check the brake fluid reservoir. If he had, my oil would be changed and I would be my usual 5 star giving customer self. Instead, I was offered no solution to the inexistent problem created by Mavis and Mavis themselves. Now I suppose I have learned my lesson in laziness and will be going and buying my oil to do this myself, as I most usually do, because I obviously can't trust the paid "professionals" to do it for me. Truly just did not want to do this a) in the snow and b) on my brand new driveway. Please also be advised, I am not a bad review writer. This is my 2nd ever bad review to ever grace the surface of Google from my hands. So please take that into consideration before I am called a "Karen".
