Do not recommend this shop. I brought my car in for a New York State inspection and was informed that the window tints needed to be removed in order to passfair enough. They proceeded to remove all the tint, expect for the rear window, stating that fully removing it could damage the defrosters.Unfortunately, they ended up damaging the rear defrosters anyway, and left the back window looking unfinished and unprofessional. If they knew they didnt have the proper tools or techniques to safely remove the tint, they should not have started the job in the first place.Afterward, I researched NYS law and found that tint on the rear window is allowed regardless of percentage, as long as the vehicle has dual side mirrorswhich mine does. Its clear that this shop is not well-informed on state regulations, and their handling of my vehicle caused unnecessary damage and inconvenience.

Got two rear tires as well as an alignment. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me all options for replacement. Information given was clear and concise. Service was super fast and pricing and warranty prices for tires were affordable!

Late to post this. Don't go here! I got my truck tires done here and had a good experience. When I made an appointment for my wife's van, i wasnt sure which mavis the appointment was for. When i checked in i asked, "Am I at the right mavis or was my appointment for your other location?" I was told your in the right place. I waited for over an hour before they brought the van into the bays. Then they tried to upsell me on new suspension. Which we had changed last year!!! I said this is obviously an alignment issue. Check the alignment and then we'll talk. While back in the waiting room i got a call from the right mavis saying, "you're an hour late for your appointment, are you still coming?" Then "the boss" brings me out says they don't need to put it on the machine, it's definitely an alignment issue, but your going to want new tires to go with it. I agreed but left based on up sell attempt and lies about appointment.
