Mavis Tires and Brakes in Waynesboro, GA

Highly DONT recommend I went here to get tires put on. (Which the quoted over the phone price didn't match the price in person) The next night my car did not want to stop. I literally had to push my brakes allll the way to the floor and that barely worked! I could have wrecked!! With that being said I had someone remove the tires that Mavi put on to find out one of them had scraped my brake hosewith a blade just enough for the brake fluid to leak out slowly ((So I could return to them again atleast a few days later & not say they did it cause it's not the same day...probably would have been the same day but I didn't drive the car anymore I went straight home)) I never will go there again & they also made some service lights come on on my dash!! I don't trust them at all!! They started trying to make problems that didn't exist and throwing me other prices pressuring me to get more work done when I came there for tires & tried to charge 150 to put 1 screw on my wheel that I didn't ask for or need. If you're a woman please send a trusted man there for you if you still want to go to them. I've seen a lot of bad posts about them but still decided to go cause i was in need. But I see why & I believe all the posts!!

Travis treated me right. Turns out they only had one of the tires I'd ordered. He mounted two more expensive tires for me at no extra charge.

Good morning, This place is amazing they are so sweet and nice, I was with my parents to get our brakes done, but something came up they found important things on our vehicle that need fixing, but we didn't have the money for those parts, but the sweet man was very concern for our safety to ride back home when there is something wrong with the vehicle. We were frustrated and mad at the same time, but the sweet man and the team helped us out by giving us a suggestion and we took it.My parents wouldn't find no one better than Mavis tires and brakes they do there part. Thank you guys for helping us out????????

Christina and Alfred were friendly and assisted us on a Sunday (rarely found) to get us back on the road after we caught a nail in our tire. Great service thank you again.
