Aaron was so incredibly helpful and kind when I was distressed about my car breaking down. I felt like he genuinely cared, and I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to look at and diagnose my car! We will use them again!

Have nothing but great things to say about this location. They have been servicing my vehicles for several years now, and have always saved me a significant amount of money compared to dealerships. Most recently, they have rotated the tires on my Rivian R1T and have also patched one of my tires, as well as put together a full spare tire for me. Can't recommend them enough!

I brought my car in for 4 new tires on 3.27.25 and asked for an alignment with the purchase. I was told they will do an inspection to see if I needed an alignment. A couple hours later they called back and said my cv axel has grease around, it wasn't terrible and can be driven for a while longer, but they can replace it for a reasonable price since it was already on the lift. That's where the trouble started. They broke two tire lug nuts, and a bolt to the control arm of the cv axel. It is now Saturday 3.29.25 and I am told they cannot move forward because they don't have the tool to fix the job. I am BEYOND upset. What kind of shop offers to do a job without the correct tools? If you do not have the equipment or skill to complete a job then don't offer to do it. Further, if they don't even have the tools to complete the job will it even be done correctly or am I going to have problems going forward?! I am self employed and every day I am without my vehicle I am losing money.I shouldn't have to pay for a job that your store is incapable of completing and NEVER should have suggested they take on. I only came in for tires and an alignment not to be without a vehicle for 3+ days and to lose income needed to support my family.Update: It is now 6:16p on Saturday 3.29.25, I stopped by to see if my car is complete. The wheels are on but during a test drive my brakes don't work because the mechanic said they had to replace my brake and a sensor they broke -- on the same side as the cv axel repair. My brakes were fine when I drove in here, why don't they work now?? My ABS does not work -- warning lights are going off on the dash, and I have to pump my brakes twice to get them stop. You all MESSED MY CAR UP! If you do not possess the skills or tools to complete a job, then send the customer elsewhere.I will be leaving the car here until it is fixed, and will seek legal action because this is ridiculous. You all are playing with my livelihood and my life since the car is no longer safe.This is ridiculous!All I wanted was 4 new tires and an alignment.Update: 03.30.25: Rented a car and stopped by the shop to pickup work equipment from the car that is still not fixed and noticed that they stole my husband's meds that were in the glove box.As of 03.31.25 my vehicle is still not fixed.

Ed and staff are great, been a customer for many years, highly recommend.

I was having issues with my brakes and they were able to replace them quickly and charged fairly. The staff is also great.
