I visited Mavis today for the first time and as soon as I entered I was welcomed by a lovely woman named Kayla, she was very clear on what needed fixed and even offered me alternative options. Taking time to look in her personal belongings to see if she had a solution for me. I will be back and would recommend this new location to anyone in the area, customer service was top tier and I was able to get back on the road within an hour!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Edit 3/14/25: three separate times, three failed alignments, got a refund for the alignment. Also found out that the Mavis in Willow Street not only put a defective part on our vehicle but didnt acknowledge it when I took it back the next day. Went to a local, family-owned garage and they got us fixed up.Our van came out worse than it went in. Was given a quote for our vehicle to be fixed and inspected. Set an appointment for a Saturday at noon and found out when I got there that I wasnt on the schedule. Waited 45 minutes for them to even take my car back. Spent a total of 6 hours there and they werent even able to get everything done that my car needed due to them not having the right parts. Our vehicle now drives horribly and is making awful noises and not driving straight, none of which were issues until those mechanics got their hands on it. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Dont risk your car getting butchered!

If I wrote this a couple of weeks ago, I'd give 0 stars if I could. I used this location many times for various minor things. I had an issue in November and took it in and was told it was 1 thing. We disagreed, but ok, we'll go with it. Any time I'd make an appointment, I was told to just show up and several times I'd show up on the day I told them and I was told I wasn't in the system. You felt like they were accommodating on the phone and then get "squeezed" in when you're there. I was told to drop my car off at 9 for repairs. I was there and again, was told I wasn't in the system and they'd squeeze me in and start within an hour. I HAD to be out of there by x time to pick up my kids from school and was told that wouldn't be an issue. I waited across the street. After 2 hrs, I looked up and my car is still in the parking lot. I didn't have all day to play with, I had to get my kids from school. I called, was told another hour til they started. Another hr goes by, still sitting. I called again and they said I was next and I reiterated that I HAD to be on the road by x time. They finally finished a little after my time I gave. Get in my car and the issue I had was worse than before. I called right away, they asked me to come back the next day. I do and they say it's another issue. Luckily they reimbursed me for the first incorrect repair. The new part they ordered would take 1-2 days. After a few days, I called and was told the part was ordered but got canceled by the sender and they've reordered it and give it a couple days. Give it a few days and I'm told the same thing and they were ordering from somewhere else. Then that never came. So I ordered it myself and got it within a couple of days. Take it in to put on the new part and they say it's still not fixed but they found the real issue now. Take me to the garage as my car is on the lift and show me the bad looking control arms, I'm still not sure how it was missed throughout my many appointments. And it was discovered I was overcharged for a previous appointment. By now, I'm been over it dealing with them. I let the car sit at my house. I bought replacement parts and intended to replace it myself, but bit the bullet and decided to call Mavis again because I felt like it was their job to make this right at this point. I was ecstatic to learn of the new management since I last dealt with them but was extremely apprehensive and couldn't trust that this fix would be it. Luckily, it seems that my car is now fixed. I needed photos of the part that went bad after it was less than a year old to get a refund and the mechanic sent them to me and I got my refund. They got a lot of calls from me and they made me feel like they understood my frustrations and wanted to make things right. I told everyone to avoid them based on my over 4 mos headache, but now that my car is finally fixed, and they're under new management, I'll use them again.
