Good service. Took longer than expected

I wish I could choose zero stars. Do not ever take your car here if you want the job done right. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The oil cap was left off and a screwdriver was left in the engine compartment. After driving the car 60 miles total to and from work, I realized I had a huge problem and a huge mess to clean up. I had the car towed to the dealership where it cost almost $1,000 in cleanup. I filed a claim with the company and they only agreed to pay for the towing and oil change saying I shouldve brought it back to them under the Right to Repair Act. I understand the law, but it is foolish to suggest I shouldve brought bring it back to the place who couldnt do a simple oil change to allow them to right the wrong. I realize I have no legal standing here, but I sure wish the company would take more responsibility than this for shoddy work. I will never be back with either of my vehicles, but I cant help thinking Mavis doesnt really care since they got away with only paying for an oil change and a tow.

My first time there and my last time, my experience was horrible. I got there at 3 PM to change four tires and took them two hours and 40 minutes mind you there was no one there. Everyone was on their phones. I would ask a ETA on how long its going to be and they would ignore me walk off and leave me in the waiting room. The tire guy literally was not doing nothing prior of me getting there you would think Im paying top dollars for four brand new tires for a F350 over 1000 dollars in tire you would think the service will be a lot better, but just my experience do not recommend a corporate tire place. They suck.
