Mavis Tires and Brakes in Windermere, FL

George at Mavis was a life saver for 3 women traveling from North Georgia to Orlando. We noticed a sound whenever the brakes were engaged. George took our car right back and discovered a missing bolt from the caliber. Replaced it for free and sent us on are way within 15 minutes. Thank you!

First and fore most the guy at the front desk was extremely nice and I think he was new I have nothing bad to say about him. I wish I got his name so he had a proper compliment. He was joyful and had a superb attitude. The car service though I was there for 2 hours. They put it in their work garage right away so I assumed it was going to be fast. I was very wrong. This was for an oil change and replacement windshield wipers. They had one on and took them forever to put the other one on I kept looking They were just looking at my car and neglecting it. They were not busy at all and had workers standing around in the work garage. Then one guy was so rude to the guy who was at the front desk. He was saying he needed to straighten everyone out before he took vacation. They also tried to charge me for a water pump I'm like absolutely not. They just assumed my wind shield wipers were fine when I knew I needed them replaced but they said it's cause my water pump didn't work so they couldn't test my current ones and that just automatically means they are good. I am going to take my car back to take 5 but I wanted to give this place a try cause it was right across my home.Update: it's been months and they never reached back out to me to fix these issues

Great service. I originally scheduled through amazon for tire install. I have to say that the process was super easy and smooth.. didn't take too long at all. The representatives are very helpful and informative. Sean was great and is the reason why I scheduled again for a second service. I love how easy they make things. There is a play area in the waiting room which is a big plus!

I love coming to mavis! The staff are always so kind to me and walk me through what needs to be done and show me on the car itself. They take the time to explain and are wonderful with their time management. They are the only place I take my car for anything
