If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! Took my care for tire change and alignment. They changed the tires then said they couldn't do the alignment because of a bolt being stuck. Fact is they don't like doing them and they alot of their customers that according to the reviews on Yelp which we read afterwards.They didn't do the alignment yet their mechanic was out joy riding in my car. And on top of it when I opened my door there was grease all in my gray carpet. When I went and asked who was paying to have it cleaned, the person inside went and looked and told the mechanic to clean it. He used some wipes which just smeared it.So then after my original review I get told the district manager will be contacting me. HE DIDN'T! He passed the buck to the store manager! Who contacted me and made excuses after excuse about the bolt thing even though I made it clear every yelp review says the same thing about the alignment.When asked if alignment wasn't done why was mechanic joy riding in my car since if they only replaced the tires there would be no need to drive it, he said he didn't know and would look into it.And as for the grease smeared in my carpet (picture is on Yelp) he said he would get with someone to see what they could do and get back to me!And when their reviews from Yelp were brought up, his response was well we just got a five star review somewhere. I said it doesn't change the fact EVERY review on Yelp is horrible and states the same problems over and over!Haven't heard anything since! Absolutely horrible and will never do business with them again and will make sure anyone who asks we tell them and tell them read their reviews on Yelp!3-22-2025I updated the review. Had to take my car there after a hole in the road did damage to my tires and rims and an alignment since that happened.They got four stars because they were pleasant and got the tires ordered and the rims fixed and back within 24 hrs. They still say they can't do the alignment because of a bolt. So I'll have to take it back to the shop that did it last time they claimed this and got it done.

Got a flat tire on a road trip and Tire Kingdom had me in and out within an hour. Super thankful for their service!
