Fast and efficient service by John and his crew on a walk-in tire rotation. They inspected the tires and brakes for wear and made notes for me on the receipt for my records. No charge for anything. Thank you Mavis Tires and Brakes!

The team was friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated being able to get an appointment the same morning. However, I'm giving 3 stars because the cost ended up being much higher than expected. I would have liked the option to choose the type of oil, which I assumed was standard practice.Additionally, there was no upfront quotejust a bill at the end. I recognize that I could have asked more questions, but better communication on pricing would have been helpful.The service itself was great, but a clearer breakdown of costs beforehand would have made the experience even better. Id be happy to return if transparency around pricing improves.

I came here to have my front tires replaced. I'm tight in funds but these gentleman from the call center to the shop were so understandingThey supported me the whole way and even found a leak on a tire that they weren't even replacing. They were very personable and informative. Walked me through other things going on behind the wheels that I wouldn't know to keep an eye on. I am very happy with my service today and will be bringing my car back. She is in capable hands!
