NTB Tire & Service Centers in Bridgeport, WV

I recently took my Silverado in for a mount and balance of 4 tires and an alignment. It took 3.5 hrs to mount 4 tires after initially saying it would be 1 to 1.5 hrs. Their excuse for the delay was that the tires were too wide for the wheels, which is untrue. 12.5in wide tires are commonly mounted to 10in wide wheels. This wasn't a fitment issue, it was a skill issue.Also, they did not adjust the caster angle for the leveling kit that I told them was just installed, so the steering is dangerously touchy on the highway and now I have to pay another shop that actually knows what they're doing to properly perform the alignment. The shop also didn't provide me with a before and after alignment printout, so I can't confirm that they even did an alignment.They also over torqued the lug nuts to the point that my 1200 ft/lb impact gun, nor a 25in breaker bar was able to remove them. Before trying the impact gun and breaker bar, I bent my tire iron trying to remove them. As of this writing, the lug nuts are still stuck on the truck. So far at least 2 lug nuts have cracked their casings while trying to to remove them, so I've also had so spend $33 on a set of replacement lug nuts as well.Do not under any circumstances trust these people with your vehicle. The alignment I had done was unsafe (or not done at all since I received no proof that it was done). And over tightening the lugs is also extremely unsafe. Lug nuts have torque specs for a reason. This shop is incompetent. Do not trust them with your safety.*Update:I've now had an alignment down at another shop in town, and that shop informed me that no alignment had been done at all. The nuts on the tie rods were still seized and took considerable force to break free. They said there's zero chance that an alignment was done a week ago. It just simply isn't possible. Which means NTB charged me for an alignment but did not do one.I see that NTB posted a generic 'call us to discuss it' reply to my review. I called, and the girl on the phone was very empathetic, but I quickly realized it's only her job to jot down everything I said and pass it off to someone else. She said she was giving it to the regional manager for this NTB location and that he'd be calling shortly. That was several days ago.I have filed a formal complaint with the WV Attorney Generals office. Though I don't know how much they can actually do to help.The workers at this shop committed fraud by not doing my alignment after billing me for it. They also put my life and the life of my wife at risk by not doing an alignment and over torquing the lugs. These people should be criminally investigated. What they're doing is illegal. And it's illegal for a reason. Because it's dangerous.Please for the love of all that is holy, do not trust these people with your vehicle.Final update:I made multiple phone calls to the number provided in ntbs response without hearing back despite being told I'd receive a call the same day from a regional manager. I did finally file a complaint with the WV Attorney General because I wasn't getting a response from them.Today, I received a phone call from the local manager of the Bridgeport NTB location who apologized and refunded the alignment and the cost of the lug nuts. He said he's new and trying to clean up behavior that was occuring before he became manager of that location. I don't like being taken advantage of or having my safety put at risk because of corner cutting. But, for what it's worth, at least the situation is finally resolved with the refund.I added a star to my review for the apology and have emailed the AG office to let them know they can close the case since it was refunded.

Fantastic service! Had a screw in my tire and Caleb got it repaired in no time. From arrival to leaving, I was only there for 18 minutes! Highly recommend! Made an inconvenience not so bad.

Awesome service

My husband noticed a slow leak in his tire a few weeks ago and made an appointment to bring it to NTB. They were able to patch his tire so quick for free and weeks later its still holding strong. He never asks me to leave reviews but hes asked me to leave a positive review for Sam multiple times. Thanks, Sam and NTB!
