I will never return or recommend Mavis!! I was turned away after being set up for and given an order number for a tire plug. When I arrived, I advised that I had an order number because I had called. I was met with, "Of course you do. I hate the call center." Okay, I should have turned around then and there but it was Sunday afternoon and options were limited. I next witnessed the person at the counter offer a free service in exvhange for a five-star review because the customer was apparently not pleased with his treatment either. So don't take the rating of this business as any indication of merit. After sitting in the waiting area for about 15 minutes, someone from the back came to me and gave me my keys and told me each car takes an hour (I needed a plug in my tire - 15 minutes tops for someone with experience), and I was told I would not be helped that day. It was 4:15ish. I am more appalled at the treatment employees are allowed to give customers than the fact they turned me away. There is a professional way to treat someone that is paying you for a service and they fell short in EVERY WAY. Do not use these people if you can help it. There was more that I witnessed at this location on this day, but for the sake of brevity I will leave it for another day.

Visited this establishment because I was out of town and had received sterling service from my hometown Mavis. I was wrong to assume I would get great service here. When I went in, the lady immediately went over to the invoices hanging on the wall, assuming I was a customer coming to pick up a vehicle, no greeting whatsoever. I explained to her I was out of town and had picked up some type of screw in my tire and needed a repair. The first words out of her mouth after telling her my situation was "Not gonna happen". I immediately turned for the door while she stated "I'm sorry". This place has high reviews and I'm not understanding why. It wasn't closing time and there were several associates/technicians outside when i arrived, including the female that was rude to me so I'm not understanding why I couldn't be helped here.The Firestone on Cypress Mill Road has a lower review rating but provided me with excellent customer service. You definitely can't tell by ratings these days which businesses are for you. This Mavis was a total fail. If I could give it a zero rating I would.
